Some Popular Mobile Games

With the development of game technology, mobile phones have brought more and more convenience and fun. It is no longer limited to making telephone calls or sending messages, it offers e-mail, games, music, has evolved into a camera and later into a video camera.

Many young people have a particular interest in playing mobile games, so they play mobile games as long as they have free time. There are many different kinds of mobile games such as adventure games, card games, action games, role playing games, classical games and so on. "Super Mario Brothers" is a classical game that most people know, every stage of this game is very challenging and exciting; the games of JX series were also intensely fashionable for a short time; "San Guo" is an adventure game based on war stories from

The Three Kingdoms period of Chinese history; the 3-D action game has really taken off extremely well with boys.presently peoples are very eager to get the free mobile phone games to iphone games and mobile game development companies are improving more interesting games for users.

No matter which game we are attracted to play till the end the reason is to beat the "The Giant" which mostly interests us. In other words, there will be a "giant" at the end of every stage in every game which is most difficult to overcome. Suppose in an action game, the "giant" will possess the strongest powers and the best equipment, if you want to beat it, you must reach the right energy levels and have the necessary powerful equipments from the gaming zones with skilled playing experience. Otherwise you can't defeat the "giant", thus you won't be able to play the next stage, though you will be itching to reach the next stage with much expectation and curiosity. I guess this makes the mobile games even more addicting and enjoying.

To win the game on your mobile phone, you need to be able to control the keyboard especially the direction key can help you succeed to the next stage. Playing mobile games has become a part of our life. It has greatly enriched our life and is a lovely way of spending leisure time.

iPhone Game technologies in Year 2009

While traveling, in school, or my be when it's too bored at home, almost all of us have played a mobile game at least once in lifetime. May be not the 100% of mobile phone subscribers are the mobile gamers, but the percentage is nowhere less than 90%. This fact makes mobile gaming the most active area of mobile content. The question that why people play mobile games may have many answers but a simple answer is simplicity and ease of use of these games, so anyone can play them anywhere. "Where are iPhone games?" was the first quetion that raised with the launch of iPhone.

Technology has always brought revolutions, especially the gaming infrastructure of entertainment economy is the outcome of it. From simple computing to innovations, it always brought a drastic change in the lifestyles not only for individuals but also for business of all types. Just for a little example, touchscreen have renovated the business economy till yet, but it's just one half, the other and the big one lies in the entertainment economy.

iPhone when launched was an innovation in the mobile handsets and sort of threat for the competitors, but since mobile is the industry with a lot of business models associated with it, it's now having impact on many other areas of economy, especially the marketing industry with ad-funded games and applications. Particularly in gaming, it's also considered as Nintendo and Sony PSP's rival, being richer in experience, and providing same sort of game development environment to the developers. One other reason for the popularity of iPhone is the network gaming experience it gives with simple WiFi connections, that'll get richer with 3G.

iPhone became a big success and the reason for iPhone to revolutionize the arena of mobile marketing is nothing other than that it's the best mobile game programming platform as compared to others existing in the market. And, it's not just the iPhone buzz, instead the facts. According to the stats released by AOL in the mid of 2008, iPhone gamers generate four times of the page views as compared to players with other handsets, i.e. iPhone players have an average session of 21 minutes with 65 page views, while for others an average session is of 11 minutes with 15 page views. Still thinking, why is it so? Ofcourse it's ebcause of the fact that iPhone is not only a phone but also a good gaming device as well as your mobile computer.

Screen Digest which is a Global Media Market Research firm, reports that by 2012, advertising on mobile will worth $2.79 billion, and ad-funded games download will go upto 60 million per year. Since it'll be touchscreen, ruling the mobile gaming world in near future, iPhone sounds to have the major market share. But the reason for iPhone's lead in the market is not touchscreen only, instead it's price and it's popularity among all age groups and from different spheres of life, while other touchscreen handsets are having a target market of business professionals.

All above is my limited research, and m' sure that iPhone will have lead in mobile gaming in the coming year. I'll, however, appreciate if I happen to find some twist in this whole scene, with some authentic information.

Innovation - All Important of Developing Mobile Games

As we know, Sir Alexander Fleming did not, as legend would have it, get the idea for penicillin there and then while looking at the mold on a piece of cheese. Each invention is based on innovations brought by creative ideas, so is mobile game. Owing to the remarkable development in mobile games, cell phone users everywhere are feeling new wants and are being exposed to new technologies and ideas, while designers are often forced to introduce further innovations for the reasons given above.

One application of creative thinking that designers use is the development of new mobile games emerging one after another. For instance, as a representation of action games, "James born to kill" found favor in players' eyes once released, while "Ghostly Poker", standing for cards games, captured cellular phone users' attention. Absolutely, innovation is supposed to be the crux to make a breakthrough.

For lack of easier and smoother operations, compared with new games, some previous games may not attract players any more. Consequently, Mobile Game Development companies rack their brains to find "new gold in the old". Many old and tarnished games still hold magic for players. Usually, simply reviving, reformulating and repositioning an old game can give the company a successful "new product". "Super Mario" set an excellent example that serialized new games revived the old ones by playing on the nostalgia, and of course by the fresher appearance and operations. Reviving seems to be another application of innovation.

Innovation is like soccer; even the best players miss the goal and have their shots blocked much more frequently than they score. The key is that the players who score most are the ones who take the most shots at goal, and so it goes with innovation in any field of activity. Much more attempts and trials are needed to develop a new batch of mobile games before their launch. The success of a mobile game does not come merely in blinding flashes or as the result of dramatic accidents. Most of us cannot image how arduous the process is to develop any of them.

From what has been discussed above, we may safely draw the conclusion that innovation is indeed an essential of developing mobile games. We may also harbor an optimistic view that there will definitely be an increasing number of new games appearing in our good graces.
